We first heard about the Bronx based Co-Founders of Ghetto Gastro from Issue #30 of Apartamento and immediately reached out to connect. Vogue named Ghetto Gastro's Cookbook "Black Power Kitchen" (a reference to the Black Panather's Free Breakfast Program and a term coined by Stokley Carmichael) the most important cookbook of 2022. We are honored to become one of the stockists in support of their philosphy of using food as a medium for change.
